Fits: Range Servant Multiflex Ball Picker
This is the threaded rod that runs through the end flange – not the smooth internal rod.
Tools needed: 2 × 10 mm sockets
Installation tip:
Replace one rod at a time to maintain roller shape.
Remove the Nyloc nut and spring washer from the new rod. Insert the rod through the disc roller until it exits the end flange. Refit the spring washer and Nyloc nut.
Important:
Tighten the Nyloc nut finger-tight only.
Overtightening may warp the rods and distort the roller, reducing picking performance.
